The Cutting Submersible Sewage Pump from AOTE PUMP adopt a well-matched combination of dry-type motor and pump body.
They are mainly used for conveying domestic wastewater, sewage, human excreta, as well as non-corrosive media containing
suspended solids like short fibers, paper scraps, wood chips, starch, sediment and mineral particles. The temperature of
the pumped liquid shall not exceed 40℃, its density shall not be higher than 1200kg/m³, and the pH value shall range
from 5 to 9.

Liquid temperature >40℃ (for higher temp, ask for our high-temp version)
pH <5 or >9 (acidic or alkaline chemical waste)
Liquid containing oils or greases >5% – oil will degrade mechanical seal rubber parts
Continuous operation under dry running – our Cutting Submersible Sewage Pump requires submerged condition for cooling

Q1: Can it handle plastic bags without stopping?
A: Yes, it can cut them. However, if your wastewater contains a large volume of plastic film, we suggest checking
the inlet strainer every 50 operating hours. In a textile mill application, we observed that heavy plastic
accumulation reduced flow rate but did not burn out the motor.
Q2: How do I choose between cast iron and SS316L?
A: Cast iron is sufficient for municipal sewage and farm waste. SS316L is only needed when the water contains
chlorides (e.g., seawater intrusion) or acidic condensate. You can send us a water test report – we will advise free
of charge.
Q3: What is the lead time? Do you provide installation support?
A: Standard models: 15–20 working days. We supply an English manual and dimension drawing. We can also arrange a
free video call for first‑time installation guidance.
