1.The Deepwell Submersible Pump consists of submersible 3-phase asynchronous motor and pump body. The motor is directly coupled with upper pump unit. Reliable shaft seal fitted on top motor shaft prevents cross-leakage between internal motor cooling water and pumped medium, ensuring long-term stable operation.
2.The pump is single-suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal type; matched motor is water-filled wet-type vertical submersible asynchronous motor, connected via barrel-type coupling.
3.Motor winding adopts nylon-sheathed PE waterproof magnet wire; the motor cavity is filled with clean fresh water.
4.Water-lubricated guide bearings are used for motor. Thrust bearing at motor bottom bears bidirectional axial thrust from pump. High-head version equips nickel-containing copper fan-shaped thrust pads matched with imported Phylos sliding plates for axial load bearing.
5.An extra axial force bearing component is installed between pump and motor on high-lift models, maximum head up to 900m.

1.Fill the motor cavity with clean fresh water before startup; drain all internal water for winter storage to avoid frost cracking.
2.Regularly test insulation resistance of the unit, value shall not be lower than 0.5 MΩ.
3.Standard warranty period: 1 year under normal operation.

J: Well-use pump, the initial letter of Chinese "Jingyong".
R / H: Classification based on water temperature
QJ type: applicable water temperature 20℃ ±5℃
QJR type: applicable water temperature 25℃ to 90℃
80: Rated flow rate (Unit: m³/h). The pump’s hourly output flow must be lower than the well’s water inflow rate.
144: Rated head (Unit: m). It refers to the vertical distance from the dynamic water level to the water outlet.
Additional PH parameter description:
Applicable water PH range: 1-14. The QH series pump features anti-corrosion performance.
Water inflow quantity (Unit: m³/h): The total volume of underground water flowing out of the well per hour. This data is generally provided by the well drilling contractor.
Static water level (Unit: m): The vertical height between the water surface inside the well and the well head when the pump is not operating.
Dynamic water level (Unit: m): As the pump keeps pumping water, the water level inside the well will drop continuously. When the water level stabilizes at a certain height, the pump output flow will remain steady and the water level will no longer decrease. The vertical distance between this stable water surface and the well head is defined as the dynamic water level.
Flow matching limit: The pump’s rated flow rate must be less than the well’s hourly water inflow rate, otherwise the well will run dry and the pump may burn out due to dry operation.
Temperature classification: Standard QJ pumps are for normal-temperature groundwater; QJR high-temperature resistant pumps must be used for hot spring water or high-temperature underground water.
Anti-corrosion solution: QH series pumps are recommended for wells with acidic or alkaline corrosive water.
Well diameter requirement: The inner diameter of the well must be larger than the outer diameter of the pump body to ensure the pump can be lowered into the well smoothly.
