Direct Submerged Operation for Mining Dewatering

The complete pump system operates underwater without the need for complex surface installation structures. This design allows faster installation in deep pits, tunnels and temporary drainage locations, while reducing space requirements.

High Flow and High Head Performance

The pump covers a wide operating range from 80 m³/h to 2,200 m³/h flow capacity and up to 1,700 m head, meeting drainage requirements for deep mines, high-pressure lifting and large water volume removal.

Wear-Resistant Material Configuration

Mining water often contains suspended particles and abrasive materials. According to water quality conditions, key components including shafts, impellers, guide vanes and shaft sleeves can be manufactured with chromium steel, copper alloy, stainless steel, duplex steel and non-metallic materials.

Pump casings can be configured with high chromium steel, ductile iron, wear-resistant cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel or special steel according to the operating environment.

Adaptable to Different Water Conditions

Material selection can be based on water composition, including corrosion level, pH value, solid content and temperature. Water quality analysis can be provided to determine suitable material combinations for specific mining conditions.

Anti-Wear and Anti-Sedimentation Design
