Developed based on the JYWQ type non-clog and anti-tangling Automatic Mixing Submersible Sewage Pump, this unit is
equipped with an automatic mixing mechanism. The device rotates along with the motor shaft to generate stirring force,
agitating sediments in the sewage tank into suspended particles for suction and discharge by the pump. It effectively
enhances the pump's anti-clogging and sewage drainage capacity. The Pump integrates drainage, waste removal and
desilting in one process, helping cut operational costs. All performance indicators have been tested and proven to meet
the advanced standards of similar products at home and abroad.
Product Introduction
The JYWQ automatic mixing submersible sewage pump is developed on the basis of the WQ series non-clog and anti-tangling
submersible sewage pump, fitted with an integrated automatic mixing unit. Driven by the motor shaft, the mixing assembly
creates stirring force to turn sediments in sewage tanks into suspended matter, which is then sucked in and discharged
by the pump. This design greatly improves the pump’s anti-clogging and sewage draining performance. It realizes
drainage, waste removal and desilting in one go, effectively cutting operational costs. All tested performance
parameters have reached the advanced level of similar products both domestically and internationally.
The JYWQ series features high efficiency, energy saving, compact structure, excellent anti-tangling and non-clogging
performance, high reliability and automatic control functions. It is equipped with cutting and automatic mixing

Product Features
1. Adopting single or double-channel impeller structure, the pump delivers outstanding particle passing capacity. It
can smoothly pass fibrous substances 5 times the pump outlet diameter and solid particles with a diameter up to 50%
of the outlet diameter. The attached mixing unit also ensures thorough removal of bottom sediments.
2. The mechanical seal adopts double-end or double-layer structure and operates permanently inside the oil chamber.
Made of new hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, it enables the pump to run continuously and safely for
over 8,000 hours.
3. The whole unit features compact structure, small footprint, low noise and high energy efficiency. It is easy to
maintain and operates fully submerged without the need for a dedicated pump house, which greatly reduces project
costs.
4. Built-in overheating and over-current protection devices prevent the motor from overload and overheating. A
leakage protection device can be installed upon customer request.
5. A full-automatic safety control cabinet is available as an optional accessory. It monitors water leakage,
electric leakage, overload and over-temperature conditions to ensure safe and reliable operation.
6. Equipped with a float switch, the pump can automatically start and stop according to liquid level changes,
requiring no on-site attendance for easy operation.

Operating Conditions
1. The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 60℃; medium density shall be less than 1.2 kg/m³; the weight ratio of solid particles in the medium shall not exceed 60%; the pH value of the medium shall range from 4 to 10.
2. For pumps without internal self-circulation cooling system, the exposed part of the motor above the liquid level shall not exceed half of the total motor height.
3. Major components are made of wear-resistant cast iron, so the pump is not applicable for strongly corrosive media. If you need to pump highly corrosive liquids, please specify your working conditions and requirements for customized design and production.
