The Submersible Seawater Pump for Deep Well is specially designed for applications requiring continuous seawater extraction from deep wells, offshore facilities and coastal water sources.

Unlike conventional freshwater submersible pumps, seawater pumping systems face challenges including chloride corrosion, marine biofouling, long-term immersion and unstable operating conditions. Aote deep well seawater pumps are engineered with corrosion-resistant materials and optimized hydraulic structures to ensure reliable operation in harsh marine environments.

Motor parameter and service condition

1.The motor must be submerged into water in vertical form with a depth no more than 70m and the lower distance to the bottom of the well is no less than 5m(can customize if deeper).
2.The motor will operate continuously and is not suitable for frequently start.The starting time should be controlled between 5-25s according to different power, while the start-stop time should be controlled between 60-180s according to the head and pipe length.
3.If it is used in special circumstances, such as mining rescue, the submerged depth could be extended appropriately, then it must be put on records, or else it will not be within the warranty period.

Can this Submersible Seawater Pump for Deep well be used directly in seawater?

Yes. The pump is specifically designed for seawater applications. Corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L stainless steel, bronze and duplex steel can be selected according to seawater conditions.

How deep can the pump be installed?

The standard motor design supports submerged installation up to 70 meters. For deeper wells or special offshore projects, customized solutions can be provided.

What is the difference between a deep well seawater pump and a normal submersible pump?

A normal submersible pump is mainly designed for freshwater applications. Deep well seawater pumps require special materials and structures to resist chloride corrosion and long-term marine operation.

Can the voltage be customized?

Yes. Aote supports customized voltage from low voltage to high voltage systems, including 380V, 660V, 3000V, 6000V and 10000V solutions.
