Precautions for use
1. Please read the following warnings and instructions carefully.
2. The motor must be equipped with a starter box that has power failure, phase loss, and overload protection functions. The entire set of equipment should only be started and operated after testing. After stable operation, please adjust the protection performance parameters of the starter box to the appropriate position.
3. Before installing in a deep well, be sure to fill the water pump with clean water. When filling with water, the water pump must be placed vertically; horizontal placement is prohibited (to avoid inaccurate water levels, which may cause water shortage and damage to the motor).
4. During installation, be sure to equip the water pump with a power failure protection circuit. After the motor and pump body are assembled, the water pump should be able to rotate freely, and then tighten all bolts.
5. The diameter of the riser pipe should match the water pump.
6. When using under special conditions (e.g., in non-deep well environments), be sure to take proper grounding safety measures.
7. There should be at least a 5-minute interval between starting and stopping the water pump.
8. During maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply to avoid electric shock.
9. Ensure that the cable is pulled taut and secured to the lifting pipe within the flange groove.
Quality Control

1. Raw material traceability: Each batch of stainless steel material entering the factory must be tested for
chemical composition through a spectral analyzer to prevent inferior recycled materials.
2. Process control: Vacuum impregnation treatment of motor winding to ensure insulation resistance does not decrease
in humid and hot seawater environments.
3. Factory testing: After each complete machine is assembled, a full performance curve test is conducted on a
national standard test bench, including 0 flow (dead center) test, rated point test, and 25% overload test. And
provide a factory test report with a handwritten signature.
4. Pressure test: The shell undergoes a water pressure test at 1.5 times the rated pressure to ensure no leakage in
deep-sea conditions.
